Dr. Patricia Wallace specializes in the evaluation and treatment of urinary and anal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic conditions of the bladder, such as Interstitial Cystitis, recurrent urinary tract infections, overactive bladder, and painful bladder syndrome. Dr. Wallace is a certified provider of InterStim sacral nerve neuromodulation for the treatment of overactive bladder and urge incontinence. Additionally, Dr. Wallace has special interests in minimally invasive surgery and the comprehensive treatment of menopause and sexual health, specifically after pelvic surgery and radiation for gynecologic and colorectal malignancies. She has worked closely with pelvic floor physical therapists in evaluating and treating women with pelvic floor dysfunction, dyspareunia, and vaginismus, as well as employed trigger point injection techniques for the treatment of pelvic floor muscle pain.

Dr. Wallace is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UC San Diego. Following residency, Dr. Wallace was on faculty at UC Irvine, as an Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Director of the Women\'s Health Clinic at the UCI Family Health Center in Santa Ana. She completed a 3-year accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at UCI Medical Center under Dr. Karen Noblett, a leader in the field of Urogynecology and sacral nerve neuromodulation.
